About IML
Mathematics is the foundation of scientific development. With the rapid advancement of AI technology, the process of globalization is also accelerating. As a fundamental discipline, mathematics not only plays a crucial role in the development of science and technology but is also a significant pillar supporting cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. Therefore, improving the quality of mathematics education and students' mathematical abilities is of great significance for the future advancement of technology and the development of society.
The purpose of this international mathematics competition is to provide a high-quality academic competition platform to promote international academic exchange and cooperation. Through such competitions, not only can we uncover and cultivate students' mathematical potential, but also inspire their strong interest in mathematics, allowing them to be trained and improved through the competition. We hope to promote the overall development of mathematics education in Taiwan and cultivate more mathematics talents with an international perspective and innovative thinking.
Examination Content and Rewards
Examination Content
The examination will last for a total of 90 minutes, and early submission is prohibited.
The exam consists of 21 questions, divided into two parts:
Part One:
Basic Questions: 10 multiple-choice questions, each worth 3 points.
Part Two:
1. Advanced Questions:
2. 6 multiple-choice questions, each worth 5 points. Leaving a question blank earns 1 point, but incorrect answers
receive no points.
3. international competition questions, each worth 7 points. Neither blank answers nor incorrect answers receive
0 points.
4.1 bonus question, worth 20 points. An incorrect answer to this question results in a deduction of 20 points.
Reward Scheme
1.Awards are categorized into Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Honorable Mention.
2.Awards will be distributed based on the overall score distribution:
3.Gold Award: Top 3%
4.Silver Award: Top 5%
5.Bronze Award: Top 8%
6. Merit: Top 10%

encouraging participants to strive for excellence in mathematics. The goal is to stimulate interest and improve
mathematical skills through rigorous competition, ultimately contributing to the development of mathematical

Registration Fees and Methods
Each participant is required to pay a registration fee of 500 New Taiwan Dollars. -
Discount Policy:
- Free Participation for Disadvantaged Students and Teachers' Children:
Participants who fall into these categories can participate for free.
- Please attach relevant proof documents, such as a low-income certificate or a teacher's certificate.
- Please note that multiple discounts cannot be used simultaneously -

4. Mock Test Papers:
- To obtain mock test papers, please visit the TWMC official website and download them. The website link is www.twmc.org.tw.
Additional Instructions:
1. After completing the online registration form, to ensure your registration is successful, it is recommended to check your registration status through the TWMC association's LINE service line to confirm your participation eligibility.
2. For free registration for disadvantaged students, the association will conduct a qualification review. Once confirmed, participants will be notified of their successful registration.
