The iWorld Idea, Design & Invention Competition is established by the World Invention Intellectual Property Associations (WIIPA) and the Taiwan Math/Science Circle (TWMC) and co-organized with 50 member countries of WIIPA. This international event aims to provide an excellent and new platform for students around the world with brilliant ideas to showcase their creative inventions through this special competition.

 

The organizer will invite professionals from various fields around the world to form a strong judging panel with different professional backgrounds that will evaluate and score the entries impartially and independently. Participants can not only get professional feedback but also multinational and cross-cultural evaluations, to verify whether the invention has the potential to grow globally and fulfill the needs of people around the world.

 

The winning works of the iWorld Idea, Design & Invention Competition will be displayed on an official website. The World Invention Intellectual Property Associations (WIIPA) and the Taiwan Math/Science Circle (TWMC) sincerely invite Taiwanese students to participate in this event. This is an excellent opportunity for all participants to present their creativity and get recognized by the global community and market.

Rules of iWorld Idea

There are three main divisions: Elementary Level, Middle school Level, and Highschool level. The awards include: diamond award certificates, gold award certificates, silver award certificates, bronze award certificates, and, and participation certificates.

How to sign up for iWorld Idea

  1. Competition Organizer: World Invention Intellectual Property Associations (WIIPA), Taiwan Math/Science Circle (TWMC)

  2. Registration Deadline: Please Refer To the Official Announcements

  3. Competition Date:  June

  4. Eligibility :

    1. Preliminary Competition (Choose one of the following): 

      1. Students recommended by the Taiwan Math/Science Circle; Students must upload the TWMC membership application form with a list of all the previous competitions they've taken part in.

    2. Final Competitions: Students must pass the test at the end of the TWMC training camp.

  5. Competition Venue: Taiwan
